Brand Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between your brand or company (the 'Brand', 'you') and ManyBoost FZCO ('we', 'us'), operator of the Berneiz platform at www.berneiz.com ('Berneiz', the 'Platform'). By applying to or working with Berneiz as a Brand, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Berneiz
Berneiz is a platform that connects brands with content creators. We help creators prepare content and grow your sales: creators publish product content on their own Threads profiles together with affiliate links that lead to your products.
Our role is to bring in and coordinate creators, support content preparation, distribute affiliate links, and help track the resulting sales. We are not the seller of your products and do not process payments from end customers.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide about your brand and products is accurate and that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the Brand's behalf.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your products, offers, prices, and destination links, and for fulfilling orders placed through affiliate links in line with your own store's terms.
3. Commission on sales
The Brand pays Berneiz a commission calculated on the volume of sales generated through affiliate links published by creators via the Platform.
The commission rate is agreed individually with each Brand or campaign before it starts.
4. Payments
The timing, currency, and methods of payment are agreed individually between the Brand and ManyBoost FZCO.
Commission becomes due on completed, paid sales that are attributed to the Platform's affiliate links.
5. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Commission applies only to genuine, completed purchases. If a buyer returns the product, cancels the order, or the payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is adjusted or reversed accordingly.
The exact handling of returns, cancellations, and disputed orders is agreed individually with each Brand.
6. Content and intellectual property
You grant us and participating creators the right to use your brand name, product information, and the materials you provide, solely to promote your products through the Platform. Creators keep the rights to the content they create.
We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, reach, or results.
7. Acceptable use, disclaimers and liability
You may not use Berneiz to promote illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or misleading products, or to make false claims. We may pause or end any campaign or access that breaches these Terms or the law.
The Platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyBoost FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the commission you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes, termination and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted on this page. Either party may end the relationship with reasonable notice, and commission already earned on completed sales remains payable.
