Payout problem
Cash-outs are processed daily. If it's been more than 72 hours, mail support@berneiz.com with your account email and the cash-out request id.

How do I get paid?▼
Tap Money → Cash out inside the app. Payouts are sent in USDT to the crypto wallet you provide. Most cash-outs land within 24 hours.
Why didn't my post get approved?▼
The most common reasons are (1) the post wasn't public when our scraper checked, (2) the text was modified after we generated it, or (3) the campaign's required disclosure was missing. Open the rejected submission in the app for the exact reason.
Is berneiz free?▼
Yes. Creators are never charged. We make money from the brand that funds the campaign — not from creators' payouts.
Do you have an Android app?▼
We're iOS-first today; the Android build follows once we've cleared the App Store review backlog.
I got a magic-link email but the link won't open in the app.▼
Open the email on the same phone where berneiz is installed and tap the link there. If the link expires (after 60 minutes), request a new one from the login screen — they're rate-limited to one per minute.
